2024 Recap TBA

The Chargers Country team traveled to Fresno to preview the State Meet course at Woodward Park over the weekend. The results were a bit of a mixed bag as the boys’ team chose to sit out 3 of their top 5 and the girls sat out their current number 1 runner, Grace Griffin. Along with 43 other state-ranked teams (160+ overall) the varsity girls battled hard and finished 9th in the Championship race. Their perseverance led them to set the ET Team Time record for the Clovis Invite. The girls were led by Kasey Lynd, Jessica Martinez, Alexis Neuville, Paulette Dominguez, Darla Medina, Olivia Reichle, and Madison Templeman.

The boys with only 5 runners on the line, still managed to finish 21st in the Championship race. This team was led by Jayke Pastis, Daniel Guzman, Anthony Kennen, Khaled Ajaj, and Max Cox. In the merged score of all the teams, the girls finished 8th and the boys 20th overall.

Newcomer, Shae Barrera, clocked a 20:05 and came in 10th place in the all division F/S girls race, setting a new ET frosh individual meet record.
